My Fees

If you are unsure about whether you can afford the fees listed below, please get in touch and we can discuss your situation and needs in more detail. 

All sessions take place online via video call.

CBT

£80

CBT sessions are 50 minutes long. 

Some CBT sessions can be up to 90 minutes for specific reasons and are charged pro-rata.

EMDR

£100

EMDR sessions are 50 minutes long. 

Reprocessing sessions are 90 minutes long and are charged at £150.

Clinical Supervision

£120

Supervision sessions are 90 minutes long as recommended by the BABCP. 

Shorter sessions can be negotiated at a reduced cost.

I do not provide crisis intervention or support.
